Shipping:
All shipments are sent UPS ground. Items with a value less than $500. Will not require signature unless the buyer immediately requests that signature is required. Minimum opening order : $150. ( shipping free for opening order only)
No minimum re-order. For Wholesale orders, Start Naked will provide an estimate delivery date and deliver the product as timely as possible but can not guarantee an exact delivery date. All deposits on wholesale preorders are non-refundable.
Start Naked prides itself on the quality of our items and will pack and ship our items with care. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped and will be able to track the progress of your order via your UPS tracking number.

Returns:
We pay the highest attention to ensuring our products quality, so please email us within 7 days of receipt of an item if there are any defects. You may return the product back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
